§A · Sources

Where every sentence on this site comes from.

Every sentence on this site and the document it comes from — including what is deliberately not said.

§A.1

True today

The rule

Every sentence on this site traces to a document in the programme's file. A sentence that cannot be traced is a sentence that is deleted.

§A.2

True today

The documents this site rests on

  • The concept note

The proposal itself: what VN SOS is, who would own it, who leads what, and the order in which the work is introduced.

  • The capability statement

What Tourist SOS states about what its platform can do, how a fact gets into it, and the controls around it.

  • The country programme's rules

The rules Tourist SOS binds itself to in every country it works in, and the conditions under which a national system may carry a local name.

  • The emergency-response design brief

How a screen for an emergency is designed, and what the person who reported may be told.

  • Citizen Report's own rules

The rules the reporting application keeps: what never leaves the device, what it never decides, and what it never says before it is true.

  • The VN SOS configuration record

The record of where this stands: the names, the parties, and the fact that nothing is signed.

§A.4

True today

What is deliberately not said

  • Any date, quarter or phase timing

Nothing is scheduled, so nothing is dated.

  • Any amount, fee or price

Commercial terms exist, and they belong at a table between the parties, not on a website.

  • A telephone number or an email address

An emergency-looking number on a page that answers nobody is a harm channel. The notice names local emergency services.

  • Counts of facilities, corridors, operators or airports

The counts move, and a count reads as a coverage claim.

  • A named ministry, hospital, insurer, operator or person

Nothing is signed with anyone, and a name here would be an unagreed attribution.

  • An operating coverage map

The geographic illustration shows Vietnam and two reference cities. It makes no claim about operating coverage, facilities or routes.

  • A certification, in either direction

This site describes its posture and its controls, not its certificates.

  • A photograph of an operating service

The cover uses an imagined landscape. It is an illustration, not a photograph of an operating programme or evidence of a response.

  • Any promise of rescue, arrival or coverage

Terra informs; local emergency services rescue.

  • What would happen beyond visitor coverage

Any extension of the system beyond visitors would be a decision for the authorities of Viet Nam, and its terms would be commercial. Neither is this site's to describe.

  • Where the records sit, and under whose law

Data residency and governing law are settled in the agreement and answered in the room, not on a website. This site does not imply a residency it does not have.

  • How the Vietnamese language work would be done, and what happens to what it produces

A term for the agreement, not a paragraph on a website.
